Plantar Fasciitis Treatment Available

Plantar Fasciitis treatment is available at Harwood Chiropractic Centre. This non surgical and noninvasive treatment for plantar fasciitis is now available in Ajax. Are you tired of the same old solutions for your foot or heel pain?

Plantar fasciitis is said to be one of the most common causes of foot and heel pain. The plantar fascia is a band of tissue that connects the heel of your foot to the toes at the front of your foot. The plantar fascia helps support the arch of your foot. Strain from long periods of standing and walking , especially on hard surfaces can be an issue. Repeated irritation, strain and injury can cause tiny tears in the ligament. These tears can lead to annoying pain and even swelling.

At Harwood Chiropractic Centre plantar fasciitis treatment can successfully be treated with shockwave therapy. Shockwave therapy is an acoustic wave applied through a wand to the plantar fascia and some surrounding tissue in some cases. The treatment for plantar fasciits in some cases can take under 15 minutes and may require only one treatment per week. Come in for a free consultation
